Unity and division in Great Britain: 24 April to 28 June 2020

In their regular statistical bulletin, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has added questions relating to the social impact of the pandemic. Questions 6 and 7 record ‘Shifting perceptions of unity and division in the UK’. This has revealed the extent to which our shared experience of Covid-19 has led to a perception that we will be kinder to each other post the pandemic, but also more divided.
